How to export your TV Time data before July 15

TV Time shuts down on July 15, 2026 and permanently deletes all user data. There is no recovery after that date. Exporting takes about ten minutes and this guide walks through every step. Do this first, decide where your history lives second.

Open TV Time's data request pageGo to gdpr.tvtime.com/gdpr/self-service in any browser and sign in with your TV Time email and password. If you signed up through Facebook or Google and never set a password, use the reset option on that page with your account email.

Wait a few minutesThe page shows a Download button when your file is ready. It usually takes minutes, though it can be slower while everyone migrates at once. You can sign in again later, the request keeps processing.

Download and keep the zip safeDownload the zip and store a copy somewhere you will not lose it, like your cloud drive. This file is the only copy of your watch history that will exist after July 15.
